General Information

Will all of my account information transfer over to my new Wilmar account?
For your convenience, we've migrated your user preferences and settings, including your Favorites Lists and invoice history, to your new Wilmar account.

How do I find my new account number?
When you log in to wilmar.com, your new account number will appear in the top right menu bar. You may also contact our Customer Care team at 800.345.3000 or your sales professional for your new account number or view it on your next Wilmar invoice.

Will my pricing increase or change?
No. Wilmar offers the same great prices for the same quality products.

Will the items I purchase change?
No. You'll see the same selection of products at the same great prices. The item number on each product will change, but we've made it possible to search wilmar.com using your Maintenance USA item numbers.

Will my shipping charges, minimum order charges, and freight charges change?
Yes, but only for the better. With Wilmar, you'll enjoy free delivery within our local truck service areas on orders of more than $50, as well as free shipping on orders of at least $100 that are outside of the local truck delivery network.

Will my delivery and order cut-off times change?
No. You will continue to receive your delivery items the next business day, Monday through Friday, to most locations when you place your order by 5 pm local time.

Will my purchase history move over to the new platform?
Yes. You can easily find past purchases when you log in to wilmar.com and review your invoice history. Your sales professional and our Customer Care team can also review your purchase history with you.

Will my sales professional change?
No. You'll still be able to work with the same trusted sales professional.

Why can't I see my past proof of delivery (POD) online with my new Wilmar account?
You can easily find past purchases when you log in to wilmar.com and review your invoice history. However, you will not be able to access POD information for past purchases on your Maintenance USA account. Your sales professional and Customer Care can review your POD history with you if needed.

Why can't I see all of my shipping address options from my new Wilmar account?
With Wilmar, each of your shipping locations is set up as an individual account. When you log in to your new Wilmar account, you will be prompted to select which of these accounts (shipping locations) you wish to access. For your convenience, all account features will be migrated to each of these new accounts.

Billing

Will my remit-to address change?

Yes. Your remit-to address has changed, and it's important that you update your records to prevent delays in posting your payments.

Will we need a new W-9 form?
It's important that you update your vendor records to show Wilmar as your vendor instead of Maintenance USA. If you need an updated W-9 to make this change, please email CAC-Admin@interlinebrands.com for one to be provided to you.

Will I need to submit a new tax-exempt certificate?
No. We've transitioned your account information, along with your tax-exempt certificate, over to your new Wilmar account.

Orders

Can I continue to use my Maintenance USA catalog?
Yes. Since Wilmar offers the same products as Maintenance USA, you can continue to use your current Maintenance USA catalog for purchases with Wilmar. And, to make this transition as easy as possible, wilmar.com will recognize Maintenance USA item numbers.

How do I find out what the new Wilmar product numbers are for the Maintenance USA products I've ordered in the past?
To identify the Wilmar item number for a product, simply type the Maintenance USA item number into the search bar at wilmar.com. Click on the product to view details. The Wilmar item number will be listed directly below the product name on the product details page.

How long can I continue to use the Maintenance USA phone/fax numbers I have always used?
The Maintenance USA phone and fax numbers will be available for 90 days after the transition. We recommend you update your bookmarks and settings prior to these numbers being discontinued.

How do I log in to my Wilmar account?
Your current login credentials will remain the same on wilmar.com (email and password). When you log in to wilmar.com, you'll notice we've transferred over your important account information and user preferences, including Favorites Lists and invoice history.

Why can't I see my Maintenance USA purchase history on wilmar.com?
Your past order history can be accessed by reviewing your invoice history on wilmar.com. Additionally, your sales professional and Customer Care can review your past purchase history with you.

Maintenance USA App

My Maintenance USA app is no longer working. What should I do?
Your Maintenance USA app is now inactive. However, the Wilmar app offers the same benefits and convenience! Simply download the Wilmar app from iTunes or Google Play.

ProPurchase Card

Will I still be able to use my ProPurchase card?
Yes. You can continue to use your Maintenance USA ProPurchase store access card. Any Home Depot store charges on your ProPurchase card will automatically be reflected on your new Wilmar account.
