Regional HVAC Efficiency Standards

What You Need to Know

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has raised minimum efficiency levels for air conditioners, heat pumps and packaged units manufactured after January 1, 2015. Below are the new standards by region, with differing minimum requirements outlined by the DOE.
