With our order tracking feature, you gain 24-7 visibility with our user-friendly dashboard to easily and effectively manage your orders.

Order Detail

In addition to the dashboard, we will also keep you updated with email notifications as your order is processed and shipped. Some examples of these notifications include:

  •  Order Confirmations – confirms that we have received and are processing your order.
  •  Back-Order Updates – notifies you of a revised shipping date when part of your order is unable to be fulfilled.
  •  Shipment Notifications– confirms your order has shipped and provides tracking information.
  •  Order Status Updates – notifies you of any difficulties in processing or shipping your order, or if any cancellations or order updates occur.
