Use the 4 in. x 3 in. PVC DWV 90 Spigot x Hub Street Closet Elbow to change the size and the direction of the piping in your DWV system. The fitting is made from PVC, which requires a primer before solvent cementing. PVC fittings exhibit high corrosion and chemical resistance and will not rust, scale, pit or corrode.
