FREE DELIVERY / NEXT-DAY DELIVERY
Orders over $75 will be shipped FREIGHT-FREE, unless they contain items designated as truckline items or if the order is shipped outside the U.S. Truckline items totaling $550 or more will be shipped FREIGHT-FREE.
Important Notice: Minimum order is $50.00. Orders less than $50 are subject to a $7.50 handling fee. Please note: Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam can request a low-cost Priority Mail service. Receive your order the next day, Mon.-Fri., to most locations when you place your order by 2:00 p.m. local time. Orders may incur a fuel surcharge in some areas.
If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products within 60 days, we will refund your money upon return with prior authorization. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of defect in workmanship and material for one year from date of purchase.
PRICING / CATALOG ERROR
Prices listed in this catalog are effective until the next edition is published or when new pricing is available online at Wilmar.com. We reserve the right to change prices, correct typographical and pricing errors without notice. For real-time pricing and product availability, please visit Wilmar.com. Wilmar reserves the right not to process orders below $50.00. Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are net 30 days (with approved credit) or Prepay In Advance with Credit Card or Telephone Check. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payments made with a credit card are not eligible for cash discount. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Venue and jurisdiction is established in Duval County, Florida, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Customer agrees that any credit balances issued will be applied within one (1) year of issuance. If not applied or requested within one (1) year, any balance will be subject to cancellation, and Wilmar shall have no further liability.
FACTORY DIRECT TERMS/ SPECIAL ORDERS
Inspect all shipments at time of delivery. Report all damage items within 24 hours of delivery. Make all other return requests within 60 days of receipt of order. Orders that are returned that are not damaged or defective merchandise, and not shipping errors, are subject to the vendors restock fees and freight. All custom items and many other factory direct orders are not returnable. All prices subject to change without notice, please inquire at time of purchase for changing prices, freight terms and return restrictions.
Drop Ship & Special Order Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice as a result to changing market conditions. Additional freight charges may be associated with all drop ship orders and special orders.
Temporarily out of stock and unshipped merchandise from your original order can be back ordered upon request.
Certain items are stocked only in regional warehouses; therefore, additional shipping time and charges may be required regardless of order size. All items are not stocked in every warehouse.
Sales tax applies to the state where merchandise is being delivered. Maintenance USA is registered to collect tax in AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA and WI. Sales tax will be invoiced in these states unless a state resale certificate is furnished.
DAMAGE / SHORTAGE CLAIMS
In those rare instances when a package is lost or an item damaged in transit, we will file the claims. YOU HAVE NO PAPERWORK OR INCONVENIENCE - Just follow these simple instructions:
- Count number of cartons. This must be the same as shown on the freight bill. If not, sign freight bill short before driver leaves. Any visible signs of damage, including shrink-wrap being torn or missing should be noted on freight bill.
- Check-in shipment immediately and report discrepancies as soon as possible. If shortages are not reported within 72 hours of receipt, they will not be credited.
- U.P.S. will not always deliver all cartons on the same day. Make sure number of cartons shown on packing slip match those delivered before claiming shortages.
- If a shortage has been called in, but later received, please notify us immediately so paperwork can be corrected.
RETURN GOODS POLICY
- Returns are accepted by using our “Quick Return” program or with prior approval; credits will not be issued on unauthorized returns.
For returns using our “Quick Return” Program please follow instructions on the return form enclosed with every shipment. All other returns should call or write our Sales/Service department in Jacksonville for authorization.
Please be prepared with the following information:
- Invoice or order number, if available.
- Item number and quantity to be returned.
- Reason for return.
- Follow our ROUTING instructions on our “Authorization for Return” form which will be mailed to you.
- Requests for returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns other than defective goods or shipping errors.
- Product that is not considered defective or damaged, must be returned in its original packaging and must be returned in good, re-saleable condition or credit may not be granted.
TO OUR VALUED CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS
We have placed warnings on our products containing certain chemicals or chemical components as required by California law.
Goods or products not manufactured by seller are warranted and guaranteed only to the extent and in the manner warranted and guaranteed to purchaser by the original manufacturer of such goods or products.
There is no minimum order for items categorized as office supplies. FREE shipping is offered on orders over $45.00; orders less than $45.00 are subject to a $9.95 shipping fee. Next-day delivery for orders received by 5:00 p.m. of customer’s respective time zone is available for 95% of the country. Office supplies are invoiced separately from other purchases.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL WILMAR OR ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST GOODWILL, INDIRECT DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, MORAL DAMAGES, LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PRODUCTS OR GOODS SOLD IN THIS CATALOG, EVEN IF ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE TYPES OF DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE ALLEGED IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE.
Governing Law and Venue
With regard to any claim, suit or action related to the purchase of the products or goods in this catalog, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes arising hereunder or otherwise relating to the products or goods sold in this catalog shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts of Duval County, Florida.
