Although you do not need to log on to have access to our extensive inventory of over 13,000 maintenance and repair items, there are clearly benefits to doing so. Logging in gives you access to your Wilmar account and all of the benefits that go with having an account.

• Pricing - You will see your account pricing, all the time.
• Stock Availability - When you add an item to your shopping cart, we'll tell you if it is available to ship from your local warehouse.
• Buy on Account - Your order will be placed on your Wilmar account and you will have the option of using your normal Wilmar terms, or purchasing by credit card. Guests not logging on will have to pay by credit card and will not have their orders appear on their Wilmar account.
• Method of Shipment -If logged on, we will attempt to ship your items using your accounts preferred method of shipment. In many cases this preferred carrier is our local truck. When not logged on, all orders will ship via UPS.
• Access to more items - When not logged on, you will only have access to items that can be shipped via UPS. When logged on to your Wilmar account, you will have access to all products available in your area. (Note: shop services are not yet available on the web site).
• Account History - You can view the last 1000 orders placed on your Wilmar account, going back to 1995. You have instant access to all of the low level details of each order. The items, the quantities, how the order was shipped, the date it was shipped, and much more!
• My Shopping List - Give us a range of dates and we'll provide you with a shopping list of all the items you've ordered over that time period. You can place items in your shopping cart directly from this list.
• Order Status - View up to the minute status on all your current orders, on the account to which you are logged on. Is your order being picked? Has it shipped yet? As soon as the status of your order changes, this information is available.
• Return Status - View that status of returns from the account to which you are logged on. Check the disposition of your most recent returns, or check on the amount of a credit issued in 1995. It's all there with product level detail.
