Every effort will be made to ship the brand identified, however, Wilmar reserves the right to ship equivalent or superior product in the event that the brand identified is not available.

BACKORDER POLICY

We attempt to ship all orders complete. However, in the event of backorders, we will ship at our option. Please advise if you do not accept backorders.

PRICING

Prices contained on this site are guaranteed until 2/28/2006 unless otherwise indicated, or presented as a promotional price. Contracted prices with specific accounts are honored for the term of the contract. Items listed as "Call For Pricing" are subject to change.

FREIGHT POLICY

The following chart represents Wilmar's freight policy for business accounts:

* Due to the nature of these items, certain products may only be delivered by Local Wilmar Trucks. Some exceptions may be made but additional freight charges will apply.

Consumer sales are restricted to items delivered by UPS and a freight charge will apply.

CREDIT CARDS

We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express for purchases.

PAYMENT TERMS

Net 30 days. Finance charges of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) on past due balances remaining unpaid 30 days after the date of the invoice, unless otherwise arranged. Minimum finance charge $2.00. Future orders are subject to a hold status if previous invoices are not paid within 30 days.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted unless our Customer Service Department is first notified of the

reason for the return, and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) is issued. A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returned goods, except in cases of a Wilmar error. Special order items and items displaying the drop-ship symbol are not returnable.

INVOICE DEDUCTIONS

Deductions will not be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with our Customer Service Department, at which time a credit memo will be issued.

NEW ACCOUNTS

Credit may be established by completing our standard credit application, included on this site.

CLAIMS AND DAMAGES

All claims, shortages, and damages must be reported to us within five days after receipt of the merchandise. Please advise actual number of cartons received. Shortages reported after 5 days will not be allowed. Damages by freight carriers are subject to the policies of each carrier.

No part of this site may be reproduced without the expressed written consent of Wilmar Industries, Inc.
