Can I shop at this site without having a Wilmar account?
Yes. Visitors without Wilmar accounts may browse through our online catalog and place orders using their credit cards. If you're a business and would like to open a Wilmar account, it's easy to do from our site. Just click on the LOG IN button at the top of any screen and follow the instructions for users without a User Name.
How can I find the product I'm looking for?
Select the tab labeled products, from the tab bar. This will take you to a screen where you may search for products in a variety of ways:
Catalog index search - This search is just like using the index in the front of our printed catalogs. Select a letter of the alphabet and you will see all of the catalog sub-headings for that letter. Select a sub-heading and you will get either a list of products or an additional level of sub-headings.
Keyword search - Enter words that describe your item and we will present you with a list of products that contain these words in their descriptions.
Part number search - Enter a Wilmar part number and we will show you that part.
Manufacturer search - Select a manufacturer from the list provided, and we'll show you all of the products by that manufacturer, carried by Wilmar.
Placing orders online is a simple three step process:
If my account has multiple shipping addresses, will I be able to choose the correct one?
Yes, when you place your order (after the order summary) you will be prompted to choose one of the shipping address that are on file for your account. If this information does not appear, make sure that you have logged on to the correct account.
How can I see the orders on my account?
Selecting the order status tab from the tab bar will take you to the Order Status Screen. If you are currently logged on to an account, a two year history of orders will be displayed, sorted by order date. Click on any order number on the display and the details of that order will be shown. If you are not currently logged in, you may enter a single order number and zip code to see the status of that order.
What do the different statuses mean on the Order Status Screen?
Not Printed
Your order has been received but has not yet printed in the warehouse.
Picking
Your order has been printed in the warehouse. Items are being pulled from inventory and for shipping.
Shipped
Your order has been pulled, inspected and packed, and is ready to ship on the date listed in the Ship Date column.
Invoiced
Your order has been successfully shipped from our warehouse and an invoice has been generated and mailed.
Drop Ship
The manufacturer of the products on this order has been notified to ship these products directly from their warehouse.
How do I know that my online order was received by Wilmar?
As soon as Wilmar receives your online order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. This e-mail is a recap of your order as we have received it. You may continue to monitor the status of your order from the Order Status Screen. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation but your order appears on the order status screen, you should check the e-mail address listed in your user profile. If you are unsure of the status of your online order, you should contact our customer service department.
